He took the oath at the Court of Appeal of AIX EN PROVENCE on January 3, 2001.

For 4 years, he worked in two of the largest NICE firms specializing in the law of companies in difficulty.

In 2004 he founded the firm FAURE & DEUDON which will direct its skills towards economic players, SMEs and SMIs and expatriates, throughout the south of France and the Paris region with several watchwords: proximity, responsiveness and competence.

In 2015 his partner ceased to practice and Maître Patrick DEUDON continued his activity with the same clientele and the same approach to the profession. He has since worked in a group practice with multiple and complementary skills, for clients located throughout the south of France. He is a lecturer at a business school. In 2022, in order to get closer to his clients, he moves the firm to Antibes

David VERANY

Lawyer since 2004 experienced in insurance matters

After obtaining his diploma in private law and international finance, David VERANY took the oath of office in 2004.

He began his career in a Monegasque private bank before turning to criminal defense by joining the office of a renowned criminal lawyer as an associate. Within this firm, he acquired the basics of the profession and worked on media criminal cases. In 2007, he founded the VGB firm to serve his individual and institutional clients.

At the same time, in 2019, he created a firm specializing in real estate, co-ownership and insurance law in Cannes. In 2021, with his experience, he contributed to the development of the Azuris Avocats firm in Antibes.

David has a modern approach to his profession while remaining attached to the traditional values of orality, pleading and conviction.

Franck BANERE

Holder of a master's degree in law "judicial careers" and a DEA in PRIVATE LAW, Franck BANERE took the robe in 2004 returning from Paris where he completed his course at PANTHEON-ASSAS after having started his studies in Nice.
He was the main collaborator of a very renowned firm on the Côte d'Azur in which he was responsible for a wide variety of files; he notably worked at the time for a large number of SMEs... which allowed him to build a solid reputation at the Bar very early on. Franck founded the VG&B firm in 2007; Since then, he has developed all his legal ingenuity in the service of his individual and institutional clients. He successfully intervenes in important cases requiring transversal skills in real estate law, personal law, criminal law.

Naturally frank and sometimes hot-headed, Franck is known and recognized for making no concessions in the defense of his clients.
